April 3th 2014 to April 10th 2014 you can taste the exquisite cuisine of the Hong Kong chef Mok Kit Keung, the two Michelin starred Chef from Shang Palace Kowloon.
Mok Kit Keung chose to propose a seven course menu in Paris to offer parisian and travelers a nice set of Hong Kong cuisine tasting
“Chilled marinated clam and jelly fish” to begin, nicely presented in a turquoise plate. Very interesting textures and flavors mix.
“Braised pumpkin soup with lobster” a must, with a delicate nut taste.
“Sauted turbot filet with wild mushroom with black bean sauce” or how to give an asian fish a sense of elegance.
“Braised spare ribs, cabbage with chin kiang vinegar”
Excellent plate, difficult to eat with the baguettes I must say but worth the effort.
“Braised homemade spinach bean curd with wild mushroom” This is the point where you cannot eat more but you know you cannot leave this incredible dish.
“Fried rice with scallops” My favorite. Or how to have fried rice without any heavyness. Fantastic.
“Baked custard and pumpkin pastry” Because you want to finish with a sweet touch.
The menu is offered at €158 per person and wine pairing for €52 more.
