I was born and raised in Ankara, Turkey. I’m a self-taught artist. I started producing anti-aesthetic net-art since 2013. My artistic experience largely shaped in Europe.
How would you define your work in a few words ?
There really is no method behind my process. I’m always experimenting. My experience exists apart purpose and self-reflexivity is really important for me when creating.
Documentation is a big part of my practice. I like working with big amount of data and using many inputs but keeping my work minimal. Interacting with internet personas has a big influence to my work.
What kind of technology do you use?
I work with typical tools like Photoshop, sculpting and modeling softwares etc. I enjoy exploring new mediums such as softwares and tech to create and display my work.
Do you live from your art ?
I do collaborations and participate group shows. My latest project was for fashion designer Flora Miranda. I created two videos for her shows at LA Fashion Week and Vancouver Fashion Week.
